Wild Weeks from October 1 to 16, 2026

As autumn paints the forests in golden colours, a very special season begins on the Bühlberg – the time of our Wild Weeks.

Delicate wild specialties, carefully prepared and inspired by the flavours of the season, await you – accompanied by a fine glass of wine. Discover our seasonal autumn cuisine and reserve your table in advance.

As summer draws to a close, we’re celebrating it the way it should be: together, up on the Bühlberg, with everything that goes with it. Come up and join us as we say goodbye to the most beautiful season of the year. With music, a barbecue and drinks, we’ll round off the season in the way it deserves.
